I’m Meg, a 30 something, London raised,
cosy human living in Hampshire.

I studied Occupational Therapy at Bournemouth University for three years and qualified in 2013

My favourite things are noodles, travel, the sound of rain on the conservatory roof and books. In my spare time I like creating things. I’m made of many unfinished projects which is something I’ve learned to like about myself.

I’ve been actively choosing recovery since my early twenties and this is the main reason I do the work I do.

During the 11 years I’ve been a qualified OT, I’ve worked in a range of settings with hundreds of service users but I’m most motivated by supporting those struggling with their mental health.

I started Flow OT independently in 2024 to expand my reach and offer affordable therapeutic input in the local community alongside working part time in Mental Health Team in Dorset.
