Difficulties with self care
Sleep pattern problems
Agoraphobia /trouble leaving the house
Hoarding and home management issues

Preparing for changes (e.g.: moving out, going to uni, starting employment, experiencing loss)
Increasing confidence and independence in everyday tasksI also work with those who have a diagnosis of, or suspected ADHD or Autism to help with routine establishment, organisation/prioritisation of activities, planning and personal management tasks.

Independence in life skills
Occupational therapy (OT) is ideal for individuals seeking practical support to boost their confidence and skills in daily activities. These include:
Cooking and managing food
Travel training
Money management
Household tasks
Personal care
Community access -
flow's remit
I work with adults and young people aged 13 and up. You need to be registered with a GP and stable health-wise. If you are seeing a Secondary Care Provider in the NHS, please inform me (like Community Mental Health Teams, Italk, Steps to Wellbeing, NHS Eating Disorder Services, or Perinatal Mental Health Teams). Flow is a part-time, non-urgent service, so I cannot provide crisis support. While I can't treat trauma directly, I can help those who have experienced it using an Occupational Therapy approach.

Formal OT Assessments
Some people need an assessment for applications or formal processes. These assessments examine how a person's condition impacts their daily activities and ability to engage in specific roles or tasks. After the assessment, recommendations can be made based on your needs. Examples include:
Bus pass applications
Workplace reports
School reports
Evidence for a PIP application
