NEED urgent support for your mental health?

  • A quick reminder

    Reaching out for support regarding your mental health can be very difficult and it’s such a brave thing to do.

    Whilst Flow is not an urgent or crisis service it’s important to speak to teams that can offer you support if you need to talk. Hopefully you’ll feel able to reach out to one of the following services.

  • Call 999

    If you feel like you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help. Please call 999 for an ambulance or go to A&E if you’re able to.

    Mental health emergencies are serious. You're not wasting anyone's time.

  • NHS 111

    Please call 111 if you feel able to keep yourself safe for a short while but still need urgent advice.

    If you’re in Hampshire, the NHS111 Mental Health Triage team provides mental health support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to people of all ages.

    You can call 111 or visit www.111.nhs.uk and ask speak to the NHS Mental Health Triage Service.

  • Local services

    Hampshire has a broad range of services for those of all ages who need urgent support for there mental health. Visit their website for additional resources: www.southernhealth.nhs.uk/help-crisis

  • Samaritans

    They offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you. You don’t have to be suicidal. These services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
